Aeiwu return policy: At aeiwu, we are committed to providing you with satisfactory products and services. To ensure a worry-free shopping experience, we offer a convenient return service. Below are the details of our return policy; please read carefully before placing an order.

• If you are not satisfied with the product, you May request a return within 7 days of receiving it.
2. Product condition
• The product must be in new, unused condition, and the packaging must be intact (including all accessories and tags).
• If the product has quality defects or does not match the description, we will process a return or exchange without any of the above time limits.
3. Special items
• Customized items, special offers, and personal hygiene products (such as opened hats) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please pay special attention to this when purchasing.

3. Returning the product

• If you would like to exchange the product for a different style, color, or size, please first request a return and then place a new order for the desired product. 
• if you need to exchange an item due to quality issues or incorrect shipment, we will process the exchange free of charge.

• Follow steps 1 and 2 of the return process.
• After confirming your exchange eligibility, we will arrange for the replacement item to be shipped to you as soon as possible and cover the applicable shipping costs.
